S’more Airfind Transition Notice
We are pleased to inform you that Lab465, LLC (“Lab465”) is entering into a deal with Airfind Corp. (“Airfind”) to make the S’more mobile application part of the Airfind family effective on or around January 1, 2021 (the “Transition Date”). In connection with this arrangement, our goal is to make the transition of the S’more app from Lab465 over to Airfind as seamless and transparent as possible for S’more app users. Following the Transition Date, Airfind intends to take over the management and operation of the S’more app, and will strive to ensure that the existing app functionality and features, as well as information associated with your account (including your points balance) remains accessible within the S’more app.
As part of this transition, we would also like to notify you and our other users that after the Transition Date your use of the S’more mobile application (and its associated rewards features) will become subject to Airfind’s Terms of Service (https://smoreapp.co/airfind-terms/) and Privacy Policy (https://smoreapp.co/airfind-privacy/). If you no longer wish to use the S’more mobile application then you may stop using the S’more app and/or delete your S’more account prior to the Transition Date. Otherwise, your continued use of the S’more app after the Transition Date will constitute your acceptance of Airfind’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
